I am so excited that The Lenox Spice Village Christmas Collection is getting new pieces for 2025! Lenox has always been known for its beautiful, heirloom-quality holiday villages, and this year’s lineup brings back all the charm I love—plus some brand-new surprises. As a long time collector of the Spice Village, this is thrilling to me!
The Lenox Spice Village Christmas Collection

What makes this even more fun is that I’m going to show you the new 2025 holiday pieces AND the vintage Lenox collections from the 1990s. The colorful pieces, gold accents, and tiny holiday details tie perfectly with the spice village.
The 2025 Lenox Spice Village Christmas Collection

If you’ve loved the vintage-gone-viral Lenox Spice Village pieces from the past, you’ll be thrilled to know that Lenox is bringing the charm back for 2025 with a festive twist!
The 2025 Lenox Spice Village Christmas Collection takes all the cozy, dollhouse vibes of the original Spice Village—first introduced in 1989—and sprinkles them with holiday magic. Think hand-painted porcelain, glowing windows, wreaths, bows, and pops of red, green, and gold that feel like Christmas at grandma’s house.
Here’s what’s in the new collection:

-
Christmas Train Server – A four-piece set complete with an engine, a covered car, and two open cabooses—all decked out with holly, poinsettias, and 24-karat gold trim. Perfect for serving cookies or candy at your holiday parties. This is the most expensive of the new pieces, it is very detailed with lots of pieces.
- I’ll be honest, when I first saw this one, I didn’t get it. But there are similar vintage items. Plus Lenox has a few pieces coming soon that work with holiday serving that help this fit in better. It’s a little pricey at $130.

-
Light-Up Church Figurine – This piece glows with candlelit windows, festive wreaths, and a dreamy powder blue roof. It looks like it was pulled right out of a vintage Christmas postcard. $75

-
Light-Up Victorian House Figurine – My personal favorite! It has the sweetest pink roof—a nod to the vintage Victorian house that collectors go wild for—and brings so much charm for such a good price. It’s giving major Victorian Christmas vibes, and the pink? Pure perfection. $75

-
Spice Village Ornament – A tiny treasure with a snowy blue roof, stained-glass-style windows, and classic holiday accents. It’s the perfect addition to your tree—or a sweet gift for any ornament collector. It’s very cute, but I do find it a bit expensive for what it is. Though I do hope every year they put out a different house with the year on it. $41
These pieces look gorgeous on their own, but together they create a holiday village display that’s both nostalgic and timeless.
coming soon

Exciting news! It looks like Lenox is continuing to add to the 2025 Spice Village Christmas collection! It looks like they’re releasing a Christmas Cookie Jar soon. $64.
Here’s the description on the website- Bring timeless charm and festive cheer home for the holidays with the Lenox Village Christmas cookie jar. Decked with impeccably painted celebratory touches like wreaths, bows, and candlelit windows, its dollhouse-like design evokes the charm and nostalgia of Christmases past for holidays today and joyful seasons to come.
- Measures 5.75″L x 5.75″W x 9.5″H
- 84 Oz capacity
This looks a lot like the 1990 Christmas Cookie Jar. The vintage one sells for $200-$300 so having a new option is great! If you decorate your kitchen for the holidays, this will fit right in. It’s functional and is beautiful.

Another item that’s coming soon- Village Christmas Spice Jars. They come in a set of 6- Cinnamon Sugar, Holiday Sprinkles, Cocoa, Gingerbread Spice, Poultry Seasoning, and Pumpkin Spice. I am VERY excited for these! The houses are adorable with the snow capped roofs! It’s unique from previous offerings, but fits right in! Having seasonal spices?! Adorable! $75

I wanted to share from the back. The houses have a cute holly pattern on them. I love the colors chosen for the roofs as well.

Last, the Spice Village 10 Piece Ornament Set. These look to be smaller than the normal spice houses. They don’t open, just are ornaments. I think these are very cute. I love the gold tassel they hang from. I’ll be honest, I wish they were like the 1990’s house ornaments and said things like “cobbler” or “candle maker” (though I do like that the 2025 version are 3D). $100

From the website- The Ginger Georgian townhouse, the Oregano Queen Anne villa, the Cinnamon Estate, and more homes, sweet homes! This set of ten Spice Village mini ornaments makes your home the cutest hang of all. As lovely and whimsically nostalgic as the spice jars everyone loves, these painted porcelain ornaments bring their charm to your ornament tree or anywhere else you’d like to enjoy them.
- For decorative use only; ornaments do not hold spices
- Includes (10) Spice Village ornaments
- Oregano, Basil, Garlic, Nutmeg, Parsley, Paprika, Ginger, Thyme, Rosemary, and Cinnamon
- Each measures approximately 1″L x 1″W x 1.75″H
A Nostalgic Look Back at the 1990s Collections
The 1990s were the golden era for Lenox Christmas villages, with multiple collections that have since become highly collectible. If you’re new to vintage Lenox or just want a trip down memory lane, here’s what made these collections so special:
Lenox Village Holiday Ornaments (Flat, Red Ribbon)

This set of 16 Lenox Village holiday flat porcelain ornaments was made in Malaysia and featured charming little shops like the Apothecary, Toy Shop, Bakery, Post Office, and Parish Church. Each one was colorful and beautiful. Then you can put them on your tree for a full village look!
Here’s the 16 houses in this collection-
- Apothecary
- Butcher
- Toy Shop
- Christmas Shop
- Cobbler
- Olde Tavern
- Parish Church
- Candy Shop
- Bakery
- Post Office
- Doll Shop
- Millinery
- Tailor
- Train Station
- Candle Maker
- Santa’s Depot
Lenox 1992 Holiday Village

This is a cute Christmas village set in mostly creams with some touches of color. It includes the Lenox Station, Walter Scott Lenox House, K. Kringle General Store, Olde Village Church, and a full Lenox Train with an evergreen tree, a delivery van, engine, coal cart, and caboose—all from 1992.

Here’s a picture from the original catalog. So cute!
Holiday Village Figurines & Accessories

Beyond those two collection, Lenox made a few smaller village holiday pieces in the early ’90s:
- Christmas Cookie Jar (1990) – A blue roof with snowy details and wreaths in the windows.
- Lighted Victorian House – The original pink-roofed house that inspired the 2025 Victorian House Figurine in the new Lenox Spice Village Christmas Collection. Super rare and hard to find.
- Lenox Christmas Village Ornaments– These were more detailed than the flat ornaments, with 3D designs and gold writing. The series began in 1989 with the Church (“Noel”), followed by the Village Inn, Town Hall, and Sweet Shop.
- Lights of Christmas Collection (1993)- This was a separate but adorable set with pieces like the Candy Barn, Lollipop Toy Shop, and Jellybean Schoolhouse—all with a fun candy-themed twist! The colors are very similar to the spice village so they usually resonate with the same collectors.
Why I Love Seeing Both
Seeing the 2025 pieces next to the vintage collections makes me so happy because it shows that traditions can keep evolving. I like comparing them- what from the past did they bring back? What have they changed up?
-
The 1990s collections have that nostalgic, cozy feeling that so many of us grew up with.
-
The 2025 pieces add fresh magic for today’s holiday homes while nodding to Lenox’s history.
If you already own some vintage Lenox pieces, this is the perfect year to bring them out again and mix them with the 2025 collection. Personally, I’m most excited about the pink Victorian House—it’s such a sweet callback to the vintage version that’s now so hard to find.
Final Thoughts

If you’re a collector, I hope this was fun to see all the pieces rounded up in one place. I’m so excited to see what else Lenox will bring back! And there’s still great pieces from the 1990’s to collect in the meanwhile.
The 1990s pieces will always have a special place in my heart, but I can’t wait to add the new 2025 figurines to my display. They feel like a perfect blend of past and present, creating a holiday scene that will be cherished for years to come.
