I have slowly been adding more color to my house. Which has been so fun! Recently, I’ve been asked for my paint colors. So I thought I’d put them in one place so that they’re easy to find. This blog post has sources for my house’s paint with pictures and links so it’s easy to find.
Home Tour
I recently filmed a home tour that walks through all the rooms of my house. If you want to see the wallpaper in action, this video is for you. Plus, who doesn’t love a house tour?! We’ve lived here 6 years and so the tour is in honor of the anniversary of buying our house.
Sources for my house’s paint
Living room
My living room currently has 5 paint colors in it. The pink doors are Beloved Pink by Behr. This is the main pink paint color I use throughout my house and is what I’m asked about most.
A lot of the trim and walls are painted white in my house. I use one white paint color throughout- Ultra Pure White by Behr. If you go to Home Depot and grab a can of Behr paint- the base color is Ultra Pure White. I love that it is the whitest white you can get.
For the floors, I painted the gingham pattern in three shades of the same color (light- Frosted Sage, medium- Flagstaff Green, and dark- Forest Path). Then, for the beige color in the floors, I used the color Studio Clay in Behr’s Porch and Patio Floor Paint.
Stairs
Besides my paint paint, I’ve also asked a lot for my stair paint colors. I surprisingly don’t have them all memorized- there are 12 of them and I painted them in March of 2019 (so 7 years ago!). Here are all 12- starting at the bottom and going up.
1. Beloved Pink, 2. Shy Smile, 3. Coral Fountain, 4. Lamplit, 5. Corn Stalk, 6. Frittata, 7. Sparkling Brook, 8. Green Aqua, 9. Mirador, 10. Tinted Ice, 11. Early September, and 12. Blue Chalk
And yes, buying a sample size of paint is plenty for this project plus some.
Bedroom
My bedroom’s design started with the wallpaper. Then I added in a mint ceiling. This mint color is used ALL throughout my house (I love it a lot). This is Frosted Sage by Behr- another color I’m asked about a lot. I also used it in my living room and kitchen.
The doors in this room are a different pink than the rest of the house. They are Stolen Kiss by Behr. I used a color that works perfectly with the background color of the wallpaper.
kitchen
For my kitchen, it is mostly white. But I did add some color recently. I painted the kitchen cabinets Beloved Pink by Behr. And I really love it!
Then, I also painted another corner. I used my two favorite colors. You guessed it- Beloved Pink (for the door and plate rack) and Frosted Sage by Behr (for the Lenox Spice Village rack).
laundry room
We recently re-did the laundry room. And one of the main ingredients in the renovations was paint. For the walls, I chose Moongaze by Behr for the walls. This was the first time I brought beige in my house and I loved it! The walls and trim needed warmth to work with the floors. Then I added Everblooming by Behr as stripes. The peach stripes also went on the scallop trim and the garbage can.
I also ended up painting the shiplap ceiling. For some outdoor vibes, I wanted to channel the blue sky so I used Offshore Mist by Behr.
bathroom
In my bathroom, besides white trim, I have a yellow tub nook and yellow shiplap ceiling. For that, I used Sweet as Honey by Behr. Which reminds me, some of the yellow needs a touch-up!
play room
The playroom is fully dipped in color! For the ceiling, I wanted a sunshine yellow so I chose Sweet as Honey by Behr.
The walls are a minty color (super close to Frosted Sage by Behr), but these are Teresa’s Green by Farrow and Ball.
Don’s Room
This is my son’s room back when it was cat themed. The paint color has stayed the same! It is Frosted Sage by Behr. If you guessed it, 5 stars for you!
Play House
Outside, my son has a little playhouse. Besides white, the main paint color is Back to Nature by Behr.
There is also a rainbow wall in the playhouse. Which I should probably paint over. But until I do, here are the paint colors of that (they’re the same as the stairs)
1. Beloved Pink, 2. Shy Smile, 3. Coral Fountain, 4. Lamplit, 5. Corn Stalk, 6. Frittata, 7. Sparkling Brook, 8. Green Aqua, 9. Mirador, 10. Tinted Ice, 11. Early September, and 12. Blue Chalk
exterior
For the outside of my house, I used Ultra Pure White by Behr to paint the actual house. Then, for the shutters, I choose Beloved Pink by Behr.
I know it might sound boring that I selected a few colors that I use over and over, but it is actually so nice to choose a color, fall in love, and then repeat it. That brings continuity to your house. Then you have less paint to waste and/or store. I usually can go to my basement to grab paint. It’s easy and looks good!
So there you have it! Names and links to all the paint in my whole house! If you have any questions, please let me know in the comments.
