Pretty Linen Closets

Hi Friends- last week I shared my organized linen/cleaning closet with some tips on how to make your own closet Pinterest Pretty. I kept thinking how those tips weren’t super helpful without pictures to go with them. My whole goal is to get you inspired and teach you so that you can have gorgeous homes too! So here are some of my favorite pretty linen closets with some insights on why they work:

Make the eye happy

First up, we have i Heart Organizing:

Isn’t that closet SO pretty?! The hero with her closet are the gorgeous cleaning supplies and tools- she was intentional with every item she put in there. I love all of the white open space. She absolutely purged that closet and only has the essentials.

Next is Dear Lillie

Her closet is a great example of using repetition. Aren’t those uniform containers so pretty? She adds in some personality with the fun bird apothecary jars and the patterned wall. Love!

This is the closet that really inspired mine. I love her gorgeous labels! I will be honest, I wonder if they have ripped off as that closet has gotten more used (the paper seems a little flimsy to me)? Irregardless, those are some pretty labels on those (expensive) baskets (my original post has some links to budget baskets- $3 each).

This closet is a great example of no clutter and good repetition. Wouldn’t it make you so happy to open that closet for a pretty pillow?!

be intentional

In conclusion, you can absolutely have a closet that when you open makes you smile! Use labels, repeating containers, keep only what you need, and tell a color story with the items you use. Good luck and happy organizing!
