Somehow my little guy is now three! Time is so bittersweet as a mom. One one hand, time flies- wasn’t he just born?! I’ll be 100% honest- our recent move from Utah to Florida was a little rough on our dogs- Derek (the black and white pup) took it the worst. As we settled in, he tensed up and would yelp out in pain frequently. We took him to the vet who said it was in his head and it’d get better.

I grew up with my mother reading Peter Rabbit and other Beatrix Potter books to me- I was drawn into the beautiful illustrations and the magical tale. A few years ago, I visited The Lake District in England where Beatrix Potter dreamed up Peter Rabbit. If I could spend a summer anywhere- it’d be there.
