Here’s the short version of how we sold our house- we moved out of our condo on Monday morning. That night it went on the market. On Tuesday and Wednesday we had 35 showings. By Thursday we had 8 offers. Friday we had a bidding war going on. By the following Monday our condo was under contract for $10k over the asking price.
When I first redecorating my home a few years ago, I had the idea to add some pops of pink. The problem? I have a husband who doesn’t like pink. As you may know, over time I’ve added tons of pink to our decor, but I had to work up to that.
For the last 4 months we’ve been living in a rental. After owning and fixing up our condo for the past 9 years, it took some getting used to! BUT I was determined to figure out ways to make this cute house 100% mine. I thought I’d share my tips on how to decorate a rental.
Its the end of May which means our time in Florida is drawing to an end- sob! We are headed back to Utah in a few weeks to live closer to family. I’ve had so much fun decorating this home! I wanted to share it in its entirety so I took pictures of each room so I could share a full home tour.
