Free Printable 2020 Calendar

Can you believe that it’s almost 2020? To be honest, I still feel 27- so it not being 2013 just blows my mind- lol! Every year I like to make a new calendar holder (here’s 2018 and 2017), so this year I made an Anthropologie inspired one. Plus I have a free printable 2020 calendar that’s full of rainbows! Keep reading for the instructions on the calendar holder and the free download.

My inspiration for this project comes from the above print holder on Anthropologie. I love the wood flowers and brass trim! When I saw it, I thought, if you can find wood trim with flowers, this look isn’t too hard to replicate. Mini Letterboard Ornament

Merry almost Christmas! Well, I knew that I wanted to make a unique ornament for my tree this year and I thought I was SO unique when I came up with this idea. Then I searched on Pinterest (after I was all done) for little letter boards, and well, it’s been done. Lol! But no one has done it like me! DIY Christmas Village Wreath

I think my dreams might be different than other peoples- I dream of making certain things. One of them being a DIY Christmas village wreath. Ever since I saw Martha Stewart’s original years ago, I knew I needed to make one for my house. Last year, I was going to make one, but the houses I ordered were way too small- fail!

So after Christmas last year, I grabbed some house ornaments and my sister bought me some too on major clearance from Target. They then sat in a bag in my basement for 12 months waiting for this day. TODAY IS THE DAY!!!

Anthro Inspired Holiday Art

A few weeks ago I was shopping at Anthropologie and was SO inspired by the beautiful holiday displays! There was beautiful texture and it was all made from easy to find materials. I thought- “I can make my own version” and finally did! I always dreamed of being on the display team at Anthropologies so I figure this is as close as I’ll get ;). Here’s how I made my Anthro inspired holiday art.  And  here is the original that mine is based off of-

Side note, I just got back from a nice weekend trip. I was excited to do this project because I popped into a different Anthropologie and saw that locations version of these letters too! So I shopped for the pom poms and yarn and started making it yesterday. Here’s a close up too-

I was hoping 3 hours would be enough time to make them, but it took closer to 4 (which meant it was dark when it was done and I couldn’t photograph it the same day). I personally love to know how long to expect a project to take so hopefully that’s help to you too! 

And here is the back of the Anthropologie version of the letters. There’s is much bigger and the front is made of wood.

DIY Christmas Advent Calendar

Years ago (at least 6 years ago), I got the CUTEST advent calendar from Target. It was colorful and I have loved it and used every year since. Sadly, it was only made that one season and hasn’t been available since. Whenever I share a picture of it (I’ll show one below) I get asked for the source. So I decided to make my own version as a DIY Christmas advent calendar.
